h5five Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the h5five website, registering an account, or using any services provided by this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated in this document. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and h5five as the service provider.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the h5five platform. Continued use of the platform after any amendments to the terms is considered your acceptance of those amendments. h5five reserves the right to update the terms at any time without prior notice, and the latest version will always be available on this page.

2. User Eligibility

Registration and use of the h5five platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You must meet all of these conditions before registering an account:

• Be at least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• Have valid legal capacity to enter into a contractual agreement.
• Not be located in a region or jurisdiction where online gambling is completely prohibited by local law.
• Not be an employee, agent, contractor, or immediate family member of an h5five employee.
• Not have been banned or suspended from any online gambling platform due to fraud or a serious offence.

h5five reserves the right to request a copy of an identification card (MyKad), passport, or other relevant documents for age and identity verification purposes at any time. Failure to comply with a verification request may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each individual is only permitted to hold one registered account at h5five. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your full name, date of birth, active mobile phone number, and a valid email address. You are fully responsible for ensuring this information is kept up to date from time to time.

The security of your account password is your own responsibility. h5five recommends that you:

• Use a strong password combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols.
• Do not share your password with any other party.
• Change your password regularly, especially if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Contact h5five customer support immediately if you suspect an account breach has occurred.

h5five is not responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account if it occurs due to your own negligence in maintaining the security of your login details.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

h5five supports a range of payment methods popular in Malaysia to make your financial transactions easier. Accepted methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, as well as cryptocurrencies namely USDT, BTC and ETH.

Key financial conditions you need to know:

• Minimum deposit: RM10 for each supported payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 for each withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal processing time: Between 30 minutes and 3 hours after the request is approved.

All deposited funds must be used for gambling purposes on the h5five platform. Any attempt to use the platform solely as a channel for transferring funds, without meaningful betting activity, may be interpreted as money laundering and will be reported to the relevant authorities.

h5five reserves the right to hold withdrawal payments until all security and compliance checks have been completed. This includes identity verification, source of funds checks, and compliance with bonus terms where applicable.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

h5five offers various promotions to players, including a welcome bonus for new members. All bonuses are subject to specified wagering requirements and must be met before any withdrawal from bonus winnings can be processed.

h5five Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible to receive a 150% first deposit bonus up to a maximum of RM500. For example, if you deposit RM100, a bonus of RM150 will be credited and your account balance becomes RM250. This bonus amount must be wagered 15 times, which is RM150 × 15 = RM2,250, before any withdrawal is permitted. If the first deposit is RM800 or more, the maximum bonus of RM500 will be credited, the balance becomes RM1,300, and the wagering required is RM500 × 15 = RM7,500.

General conditions that apply to all bonuses:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per eligible player.
• h5five reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, may result in account closure and forfeiture of winnings.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, converted directly to cash, or used by another player.

6. h5five VIP Programme

h5five rewards loyal players with a four-tier VIP programme that provides weekly cashback based on membership level. The VIP tiers are:

• Bronze — weekly cashback of up to 0.3%
• Silver — weekly cashback of up to 0.6%
• Gold — weekly cashback of up to 0.9%
• Platinum — weekly cashback of up to 1.2%

Progression to a higher VIP tier depends on the player's level of activity and loyalty on the platform. h5five will assess player performance periodically and update VIP levels according to our internal evaluation. Cashback is credited automatically and is subject to usage conditions set from time to time.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following is a list of activities that are strictly prohibited on the h5five platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate action including account closure and legal proceedings:

• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts for betting or system exploitation purposes.
• Collaboration between two or more players to manipulate game outcomes or abuse promotions.
• Any form of fraud, identity falsification, or provision of false information during registration or verification.
• Using the h5five platform as a vehicle for money laundering or financing illegal activities.
• Accessing the platform from a region that prohibits online gambling.
• Attempting to breach or compromise the h5five security system.

8. Limitation of Liability

The h5five platform is provided on an "as is" basis. h5five does not give any ongoing guarantee of uninterrupted availability or that it will be completely free of technical errors. We will make every effort to minimise any service disruptions, however we are not liable for losses arising from:

• Technical disruptions, system maintenance, or internet connection issues that are outside our control.
• Game outcomes that occur as a result of unavoidable technical problems.
• Losses resulting from the use of information or content from third parties referenced on this platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use our services.

In any circumstance, h5five's total liability to you will not exceed the amount of money you deposited in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.

9. Data Protection and Privacy

h5five takes the privacy and security of your personal data seriously. All information you provide to us is handled carefully in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be referred to separately. We use industry-standard data encryption to protect sensitive information, including your financial details.

Your data will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent, except where required by law or for compliance verification by the international licensing body that regulates h5five's operations.

Technical outcomes recorded by h5five's servers are considered final in any dispute relating to game results, unless a verifiable system error is proven. Server log records are valid and binding evidence for both parties.

If an internal resolution is unsatisfactory, the dispute may be referred to the international licensing body that regulates h5five for an independent investigation and final decision.

12. Amendments to Terms

h5five reserves the right to amend, change, or update these terms and conditions at any time in accordance with business requirements, changes in law, or directions from the licensing body. Any significant changes will be posted on this page with a clear effective date.

It is your responsibility as a user to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the h5five platform after any amendments are published will be considered your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the amendments, you have the right to close your account and submit a request to withdraw any remaining balance.
